My first experience with Tri-State  was 4 years ago when my PC went to hell with my entire life on it. Not only did they save everything and bring the computer back to life, but they got me google-ized! Now everything syncs without my doing anything! The same computer acted wonky recently and I took it right in. They found the issue and  did some optimization. In and out in a few hours!  I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than Tri-State Computer Service!

I have a business that needed some remote support for a kiosk in Rockville, Maryland  and tried about a dozen calls (including GS, etc.) to get someone’s help. Greg answered his phone, put someone on it the same day and kept me posted throughout the repair. A technician drove to the site, spent time on diagnosis and worked toward a repair. Turned out it was a problem at the facility instead of our equipment, and I bl… view moreew five hours of technician time, but in the great scheme of things, it was money well spent and I’ll keep Tri-State on my list. Greg did a outstanding job, fixing all the problems in my C.P.U. tower. Greg is the nicest person, you will ever have to meet. He goes above and beyond, to fix my computer. He will go thur the problems you are having and explain them, as he works on them. His prices are great and reasonable. He does not fool around, He is all business. He seem like family.
